Terms of Use

Effective: October 2026 • United Arab Emirates Jurisdiction

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as a customer, merchant, or registered courier driver) and DeliveaZone Delivery Services ("DeliveaZone", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our logistics platform, website (deliveazone.com), and the DeliveaZone Driver Mobile App.

Mandatory Acceptance By accessing our site, downloading or logging into the DeliveaZone Driver App, or dispatching parcels through our logistics system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2 Courier Services Description

DeliveaZone is a professional courier service company licensed in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, providing on-demand parcel dispatch, scheduled business deliveries, e-commerce last-mile fulfillment, and international freight coordination.

We operate an advanced digital dispatch platform connecting senders, dispatch controllers, and motorized drivers in real-time. We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily suspend any element of our digital dispatch services for maintenance or system improvements.

3 Driver Obligations & Mobile App Use

Individuals operating as courier couriers or drivers on the DeliveaZone network must strictly comply with the following standards:

  • Licensing & Legal Compliance: Drivers must possess a valid UAE Driving License, valid Emirates ID, and valid commercial vehicle registration and insurance as mandated by the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and UAE Federal Traffic Laws.
  • Safe Handling & Integrity: Packages must be handled with utmost care. Drivers must never open, tamper with, damage, or inspect the private contents of any package entrusted to them.
  • Real-Time Location Sharing: Drivers must keep their location services active during active delivery duties to ensure customer tracking transparency and dispatch accuracy.
  • Account Security: Driver credentials (username and password) are personal and non-transferable. You must never allow an unauthorized person to use your app account or drive on your behalf.

4 Proof of Delivery (POD) Standards

To maintain transparency and accountability, drivers must upload valid Proof of Delivery (POD) before marking an order as delivered:

  • Clear Photographic Evidence: When handing over a parcel, the driver must capture a clear photo of the delivered package at the recipient's premises or recipient's signature.
  • Rescheduling & Failed Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., customer unreachable, incorrect address), the driver must document the reason in the app, capture photo proof of arrival at the location, and submit a reschedule timestamp.

5 Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

Strict Financial Reconciliation Cash on Delivery (COD) collected by drivers represents entrusted client funds and is the strict property of the sender/DeliveaZone.

Drivers collecting COD amounts must:

  • Collect the exact monetary amount shown on the delivery invoice prior to handing over the parcel.
  • Deposit or hand over the complete collected cash to the DeliveaZone finance office within the designated daily settlement window.
  • Any shortfall, unauthorized withholding, or fraudulent retention of COD cash will result in immediate criminal referral to Dubai Police and legal prosecution under UAE penal codes.

6 Prohibited & Restricted Items

DeliveaZone strictly prohibits the shipping, pickup, or delivery of the following items under UAE Customs and Federal Laws:

  • Narcotics, illegal drugs, and unauthorized pharmaceutical substances.
  • Explosives, weapons, ammunition, fireworks, or hazardous chemicals.
  • Forged or counterfeit currency, securities, and prohibited pirated media.
  • Perishable items not packaged in accordance with Dubai Municipality health regulations.
  • Live animals or human remains.

DeliveaZone and its drivers reserve the absolute right to refuse any shipment suspected of containing prohibited goods.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law:

  • Force Majeure: DeliveaZone is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather, sandstorms, road closures, government restrictions, or traffic accidents.
  • Package Value Declaration: In the event of loss or verifiable damage caused by proven carrier negligence, liability is capped at the declared value of the parcel up to standard carriage limits defined in our logistics contracts.
  • Consequential Damages: DeliveaZone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.

8 Account Suspension & Deactivation

DeliveaZone reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently deactivate any driver or user account in the event of:

  • Breach of these Terms of Use or applicable road safety laws.
  • Failure to remit collected COD cash or unexplained package loss.
  • Unprofessional conduct or verified customer complaints.
  • Submission of a voluntary deletion request by the driver.

9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
